Momentum Point designs, supplies and commissions HVAC systems for hospitals, compounds, offices and industrial sites. Packages cover chillers, package units, air-handling equipment, ductwork, piping and controls, sized for KSA ambient conditions.

Chilled-water plant, package DX units and fresh-air handling with heat recovery where specified.
Galvanised and pre-insulated ductwork, volume-control dampers and air devices.
Chilled-water and condenser piping, valves, insulation and chemical treatment points.
BMS points, thermostats and sequence-of-operation testing.

Air and water balancing against the approved design flow.
Filter, belt and safety-cut-out inspection before handover.
