Main and sub-main switchgear, MCCs and distribution boards sized to the approved load schedule.
Cable containment, tray, trunking and underground duct banks with labelled circuits.
Internal and external lighting, emergency lighting and lighting-control interfaces.
Earthing, bonding and lightning-protection networks tested to specification.

Insulation-resistance and continuity tests recorded circuit by circuit.
Earthing readings and panel IR scans stored with the handover file.
As-built single-line diagrams issued with the O&M pack in English and Arabic.
